On going new infrastructure will make the area more accessible. At the moment we are 3 to 4 hours easy, traffic jam free driving from Athens . This distance can seen as a plus or a minus, for us it is a plus and it is select group who are buying here, they treasure the peaceful, rural aspect of the region.
